The Tribal Child Care Association of California is excited to continue our Workforce Pathways Program. The next workforce year begins July 1, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2025.
With funding from CDSS’s QCC Workforce Grant, TCCAC has developed a program to support child care providers in all settings, including centers, family friend and neighbor programs, and relative care programs. The Tribal Workforce Pathways Program offers opportunities for higher education, certifications, and professional development in culturally relevant ways. Each participant works with a Workforce Advisor to set goals and access needed resources. TCCAC supports participants by identifying and overcoming barriers, providing financial supports, resources, and incentives through a stipend program for goal completion.
