We are excited to announce the 2026 Tribal Quality Improvement System (TQIS) Annual Conference! This year, we are honored to bring our community together at Rolling Hills Casino & Resort, owned by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, located at:
The 2026 conference will offer meaningful opportunities for gathering, learning, collaboration, and cultural connection as we continue strengthening Tribal programs, providers, families, and communities across our QCC Region 11.
Attendees will engage in training tracks designed for governance, leadership, workforce development, continuous quality improvement, and direct service practices. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in cultural teachings, wellness experiences, and community-building activities that honor the traditions and strengths of our Tribal Nations.
